Evan is a financial strategist, builder, and investor. His passion for financial literacy and building businesses has driven him to help businesses and individuals achieve their vision by providing financial expertise.

Prior to starting Tetelestai Capital, Evan worked in the banking industry and at a family office specializing in real estate acquisitions. He also worked at a Fortune 500 consumer conglomerate, where he specialized in financial reporting for public companies.

Evan holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, where he majored in Accounting and Pre-Medical Studies.

Evan frequently speaks at industry conferences, contributes articles to the financial community, and actively engages in discussions about the dynamic landscape of financial management. His priorities in life are his relationship with God, spending time with his wife and kids, eating food from around the planet, and reading to develop a deeper understanding of his craft.

Tim is a leader, entrepreneur, and relationship builder. He derives his energy from connecting with the community and helping people pursue the best version of themselves, which is when he is at his best.

As the Chief Development Officer at Tetelestai Capital, Tim has the opportunity to develop powerful and genuine relationships that help him understand each person’s (or business’s) passions, purpose, strengths, and goals.

Tim grew up on a farm in Dayton, Ohio, and attended the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated from the Lindner College of Business. Before joining Tetelestai Capital, he worked as a management consultant, high school business teacher, and high school basketball coach.

Tim’s priorities in life are his faith, health, family, friends, and work. In his free time, you can find him traveling, reading, running, playing pickleball, fishing, hanging out with friends, or spending time with his wife.

Nathaniel Sizemore, Chief Strategy Officer

Nathaniel Sizemore is an award-winning entrepreneur who has a passion for helping growing brands realize their full potential. He graduated magna cum laude from Furman University and then from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. After law school, Nathaniel worked as a litigator in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and focused his practice on construction litigation and government contracts, representing contractors, owners, subcontractors, and sureties in all aspects of public and private development projects, both domestically and internationally.

Nathaniel then returned to the Greater Cincinnati area to work in his family’s business. Under Nathaniel’s leadership, his family’s company was twice included on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Nathaniel’s division is the company’s highest revenue-generating business unit and Nathaniel oversees and manages the overall strategic planning, marketing, operations, and business development functions. In 2022, Nathaniel was Runner-Up for the University of Cincinnati’s Goering Center Rising Leader Award, where his best practice was “Dynamic Business Strategy.” In 2025, Nathaniel was named to Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty Under 40” list.

Colton Markland, Associate

Colton Markland

Associate

Colton is a financial strategist, dealmaker, and entrepreneur. His passion for helping business owners build enterprise value and prepare for a successful exit has driven him to provide hands-on financial and transaction expertise to lower middle market operators.

Prior to joining Tetelestai Capital, Colton worked as an investment banking analyst, where he supported over $200 million in M&A, capital raising, and advisory transaction volume. He began his career at a regional community bank and its affiliated family office, where he conducted internal audits safeguarding over $2 billion in assets, before transitioning into a lending officer role overseeing a full market loan portfolio.

In addition to his advisory work, Colton holds partnership stakes in a number of privately held businesses and real estate ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Asbury University, where he graduated in the top 25 of his class and was recognized as the Outstanding Student in Finance. He also holds his SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 securities licenses.

Colton’s priorities in life are his faith, spending time with his wife, Joy, and daughter, Mila, and traveling to explore new places. An avid lifelong learner, he stays active, embraces new experiences, and intentionally surrounds himself with people smarter and far more interesting than himself.

Benito Casamatta, Analyst

Analyst

Benito is an analyst who is passionate about understanding businesses through data, detailed analysis, and value creation. At Tetelestai Capital, he supports the clients in valuation work, management reporting, and strategic decision-making through data supported insights and model optimization.

Before joining Tetelestai Capital, Benito gained hands-on experience in accounting, business operations, and financial analysis. He processed AR and AP transactions, managed fixed asset inventories, led sales tax compliance, and helped improve data reporting systems.

Benito is a CFA Level I candidate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. He is passionate about applying value investing principles and leveraging statistical data analysis to inform sound investment decisions.

His priorities in life are his faith, supporting family and friends, and pursuing his passions in financial markets. Outside of work, Benito enjoys lifting, running, playing tennis, trading, and spending time with loved ones.

Cole Schechter, Summer Analyst

Cole is an Analyst at Tetelestai Capital with a strong passion for financial analysis, financial modeling, and value creation. In his role, he supports clients through strategic decision-making, financial valuation, model development, back-office accounting, and initiatives focused on sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Tetelestai Capital, Cole attended the University of Cincinnati, where he was selected to participate in the Johnson Investment Institute Private Capital Accelerator. Through the program, he developed advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A processes, distinguishing himself among the university’s top finance students.

Outside of work and academics, Cole prioritizes his faith, family, and relationships with others. He enjoys weightlifting, tabletop games, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Samuel Madding, Summer AI Development Analyst

Samuel Madding

Summer AI Development Analyst

Sam is a builder at the intersection of finance and artificial intelligence. His passion for understanding businesses and creating tools that sharpen decision-making drives everything he works on.

As the Summer AI Development Analyst at Tetelestai Capital, Sam develops internal tools and systems that help the team work smarter and serve clients more effectively. He also supports financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for Tetelestai Capital clients.

Before joining Tetelestai Capital, Sam built an AI-powered equity research platform that generates institutional-grade research packages, including full DCF and comparable company models, for any public company. He led his team to first place out of 30 teams in the Bloomberg Global Investment Challenge at the University of Cincinnati. Sam also spent four years at Apple, where in addition to his time as a specialist, he worked on a business development team helping customers and small businesses find complete solutions and served on a team of volunteer coordinators that led in volunteer hours and donations across the regional market.

Sam is a CFA Level I candidate pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business (Class of 2027), where he has earned Dean’s List honors every semester at the college. He serves as a Head PACE Leader, mentoring 25 peer leaders who support first-year business students, and is a member of the Lindner Asset Management Club.

Sam’s priorities in life are his faith, family, relationships, service, and fun. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, and staying immersed in business news and podcasts.
